WOW! AFTER I FIND OUT I'VE BEEN PAYING WAAAAY TOO MUCH FOR GARBAGE SERVICE, I SWITCH COMPANIES... ALMOST A MONTH LATER THE BIN THEY SAID THEY WOULD PICK UP IS STILL SITTING IN MY YARD. NOW THEY TELL ME THERE IS A CHARGE FOR THEM TO GET THIS EYESORE OUT OF MY YARD, I SPOKE WITH JOYCE, AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR, WAS PUT ON HOLD AND JOYCE GOT BACK ON THE PHONE (OBVIOUSLY BECAUSE HEATHER COULDN'T BE BOTHERED TO SPEAK TO ME) AND WHEN I ASKED FOR ANOTHER SUPERVISOR WAS TOLD "I THINK HIS NAME IS TIM" AND I DON'T KNOW A NUMBER TO REACH HIM.... BULLSHIT I SAY, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AS I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE THEY ARE SCREWING AROUND HERE.

nope, but I hope I get the word out to the customers in my area who are paying 105 quarterly that they can switch and pay 45.... I was not happy to be threatened with a "bin removal fee" that I wasn't told about when I cancelled the service, I would've just dropped it off rather than look at it
