Summer Jobs Available at Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore

The National Park Service has seasonal employment opportunities available for the summer of 2012 at Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore. Applications are now being accepted for a variety of positions including Park Guides, Biological Science Technicians, Laborers and Custodial Workers. Most summer seasonal jobs run from mid-May to early-September and require work in an outdoor setting. Jobs with the National Park Service are often very competitive and you must be a United States citizen to work for the Federal Government.

To search for available positions and learn more about the job duties, go on-line at www.usajobs.gov, type in, "Porter, IN", in the City/State block, click on the link for the particular positions advertised and follow the instructions on how to apply. All application materials must be submitted on-line by the closing date of the job announcement. Most job announcements are only open for one or two weeks so don't delay, if interested.
