1st Source Bank has announced the winners of the thirteenth annual Ernestine M. Raclin Community Leadership Awards. Chesterton High School Students in Ford Focus Commercial Contest

Students from Chesterton High School’s Advanced Video Production class and members of the CHS radio station, WDSO-FM 88.3 created a 60-second commercial featuring the 2012 Ford Focus.  The commercial was created for a contest sponsored by Ford Motor Company. The contest was for all of the Great Lakes states.  Chesterton High School is being sponsored by Lakeshore Ford, the local Ford dealership. Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore superintendent, Costa Dillon, has been awarded the Meritorious Service Award of the Department of the Interior. Boys & Girls Clubs of Porter County and Fifth Third Partner to Fill Food Pantry

Sand Sculpture Contest at Indiana Dunes State Park
