Duneland Family YMCA Announces Summer Programs

Summer Camp

The Duneland Family YMCA offers a Summer Camp for children in grades 1-7 from June 13 through August 19, 2011 from 9am - 4pm. Kids can build lasting friendships, do crafts, play games, go swimming, attend specialty camps, and go on field trips while you're at work this summer! Summer care is also offered from 6 am - 6 pm. Swimming Lessons

Learn to swim in one of the only public outdoor pools in the area. The Duneland YMCA offers swim lessons from June 13 through August 4, 2011 for those 6 months of age and up. For more information, please call the YMCA at 219-926-4204.

Kids Zumba

The Duneland Family YMCA has a new kids zumba class called ZumbAtomic that is offered from June 2 through July 7, 2011 from 6:45 until 7:30 pm. Kids ages 8-12 will learn age-appropriate Zumba routines, performing some of the routines on the last day of class for the evening Zumba class. The cost is only $25 for members and $50 for non-members for the 6 week class. Please call the Duneland YMCA at 219-926-4204 for more information.

T-Ball

Make your 2011 T-Ball reservations now. The Duneland Family YMCA is currently accepting reservations for the T-Ball program which will be starting July 9 and going on through August 20, 2011. The T-Ball program has two divisions; one for 4-5 years olds (T-Ball), and another for 6-7 year olds (Coach Pitch).
