Creme de la Crop is a family farm located in Valparaiso that has become part of the Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) system, planting over 10 acres and over 200 varieties. Our farm is chemical-free using many conventional organic methods along with biodynamic principles and the latest scientific techniques. Our focus is to mend and build the soil. By working in harmony with nature and in participation with our community, our mission is to join with others to ensure the survival of small farms in providing fresh wholesome food.
