Looking to display a crippsii near a koi pond Would like to keep the size to about 8', can this cypress be topped off without any adverse effect. Also looking to plant a Salix "hakura Nishiki, heard that roots may be a problem
Any truth to that - looking to keep that plant controled at about 4x3 Any info would be helpful

Sorry, have not had experience with either of those plants. Try looking it up in Micheal Dirrs Woody landscape plant manual.
