Make plans to visit old time sugar making in the "sugar bush".
At the Chellberg  Farm, observe the evolution of "maple sugaring"
from an ancient "stone boiling"  method, to pioneers with iron
kettles to a 1930's commercial operation. The Bailly  Homestead
will host Native Americans and voyageur encampments. Music, crafts
and pancakes make this a "must" to celebrate the coming of spring.
