Question:
We have five upright growing junipers and we still see NO new growth on them. When and where should we see new growth?
Answer:
I assume you mean new growth coming out of winter for the new spring season. It has been a cool spring with little moisture to you may see it later than usual. If the needles on the branches are brown, scratch the stem to see if there is any green in the stem. If so, the branch is still living and will come along. If brown, cut down till you see green in the stem. Shape as needed.
