Question:
My questions are, how close together can you plant blackberries and raspberries without having a problem? Also, what kind of fertilizer can be used on all garden vegetables and squash and pumpkins? Would a 10-10-10 fertilizer work on all of these? Thank you so much. (I live in Wisconsin.)
Answer:
10-10-10 is a good general analysis fertilizer for all around garden use. For root crops though, I would use 6-24-24 (like carrots, potatoes, radish, onions etc).
As for the raspberries, it is not a good idea to have them intentionally planted together at any logical distance because of a virus that each one hosts.
