Question:
Can you please tell me why my hydrangea plant never blooms? I read to try and shock it by lifting the soil around edges but this didn't work.

Answer:
Try fertilizing regularly this season and also another shock treatment. Put you shovel in the ground around it as if you were going to lift it out to transplant, but don't actually lift it out. This prunes the roots & sometimes stimulates blooms. Fertilome Blooming & Rooting gives a high phosphorus feeding for blooms but must be done every 2 weeks religiously.
