How do I kill wild violets out of my lawn?

Question:
My lawn seems to be taken over with violets. How can I treat the lawn of these Thank you?

Answer:
Up to now you had to repeatedly treat with trimec for control. Next spring we will have a new product called "Surge Power" that will be far more effective and also great for creeping charlie and a host of other common weeds. See you in spring, Chuck.
