Consan on palms on Barrier Island

Question:
Dear Chuck - I was told that this fungicide would help our palms. We planted in Jan. and then got some cold weather. Now the new fronds come out and drop off. I was told there is fungus in the heart and Consan 20 applied once a week for a month would help. I have tried Home Depot, Lowes, etc and can not find it in my area. I live on a barrier island just off Bradenton Florida. (near Sarasota)I would appreciate your opinion and where I can purchase this product.
