Algae problem in our pond-waterfalls!

Question:
We have a pretty bad algae problem in our pond-waterfalls!The pond looks like pea soup and it stinks? I have used Algae fix and pond clarifier and it doesn't seem to be getting better at ALL! It's a pretty big sized pond 20ft buy 10 ft and it has two waterfalls going into it,so it is aerated enough. So I just don't know what to do?
The pond has 5 koi fish in it so I need something that is fish friendly. Could you give me some ideas?
